Christmas Shoppe

Because the auction is now just before Christmas, we have replaced the old Merc with the Christmas Shoppe.  We will be selling new and gently used Christmas decorations so please be sure to make a donation.  Remember that handmade items are a big hit!

Volunteers Needed!

It takes around 500 hours of work to make the auction run successfully. If each school parent would graciously volunteer just 2 hours of time, this would prevent a handful of people from doing all the work.  All hours can be reported towards your parent involvement fee of $190 or 28 hours of service per family.

Auction Solicitation Letter

Donation Committment Card -- Please fill out this form and mail it in to the school to let us know you plan to donate and whether or not you need an item picked up.

Donation Receipt Form -- Please use this form when collecting donations from your friends or businesses.  Please be sure to complete the address information and ensure that a value is placed on each item.

Donation Suggestion Form -- One of the hardest parts of the auction is gathering donations from local businesses. We have a large mailing list but we need to add new donors every year.  It would be very helpful if each family would suggest at least two businesses they feel might contribute toward the auction.  All we need is a name and contact or a business card -- we will do the rest!  How easy is that? Please complete a form if you know of a business that should be contacted by our Procurement team for a donation.

Posters

Print out any of the Auction Posters to share with family and friends and post in your work place.  Also, please consider sharing a poster with your church secretary to be included in your Sunday bulletin.
