Explanation of "C" Average rule: The state has ruled that in order for a student to graduate from high school, he/she must attain a "C" average in English (4 years); Math (2 years); Speech (1 semester); and Reading (1 semester). Students must earn a 2.0 G.P.A. and pass all courses each quarter to maintain regular student status.
